THE STORY OF ONSI GROUP
The Onsi Group was born out of a passion for helping businesses and entrepreneurs succeed in navigating the complex world of government contracting. Founded by Angela Hendrix, a former in-house Counsel for government contractors, The Onsi Group was established to address the challenges posed by government regulations, particularly those related to Prevailing Wage Fringe Benefit and Health & Welfare requirements. Fueled by a desire to make a difference and finding no suitable solutions in the market, Angela started The Onsi Group right at her dining room table.
Our primary mission is to assist SBA 8(a) program participants and Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) in thriving within the contracting landscape. We achieve this by offering a range of services, including Educational Trainings and Consulting Services. Over time, The Onsi Group has expanded its offerings to include Compliance Auditing and Fringe Benefit / Health & Welfare Trust Administration, catering not only to government contractors but also to commercial entities.
